found my home!

I am Babe and I have found a lovely home with a smashing family in Norwich.
But there are still many dogs who are still waiting and hoping

help the hounds

Volunteering is a great way to meet new people who share your love of animals and these beautiful hounds. Whether you are a novice, a long time owner, or (like me) didn’t even own a dog, all are welcome as we help greyhounds starting an exciting new phase of their lives.

Just Two of our Recent Success Stories

We have homed over 2500 greyhounds. These are just a few of the success stories.

Greyhounds make great pets.

Despite popular misconceptions, in general greyhounds are:-

  • Gentle, affectionate and adaptable;
  • Lazy couch potatoes, happy with a couple shortish walks a day;
  • Loving companions ;
  • With patience and training, many can happily live with children and other pets.

About Us

We work tirelessly to rehome ex-racing greyhounds

Yarmouth Greyhound Homefinders was founded in 1999 by the Yarmouth Stadium owner Mr Stephen Franklin.

With the welfare of the greyhounds a priority Stephen decided that all should have a loving home when their racing careers had finished.
